The Silver RSFX speakers are the perfect surround mates for Silver RS home theater systems because they share driver technology with their range counterparts ensuring the seamless integration of surround sound channels.
 
The RSFX will create a diffuse or direct sound field for movie and multi-channel audio applications with a simple flick of a switch. The RSFX is easily configured for use as a dipole speaker (diffuse sound) or bipole speaker (direct sound) by setting the rear-panel switch.
 
The RSFX discreet, angled baffle design incorporates a single, front-firing 6½-inch C-CAM (Ceramic Coated Aluminum Magnesium) woofer and dual, side-firing 1-inch C-CAM gold dome tweeters.
 
The RSFX woofer incorporates a new edge-wound voice coil to provide increased efficiency, output, and power handling. The new voice coil has more copper and heat capacity than a conventional voice coil resulting in 89dB efficiency and 100-watt power handling for the RSFX. The speaker’s dynamic range is also increased because the ‘start-and-stop’ of the new voice coil more efficiently converts incoming signal into motion.

• Woofer chassis made of a non-magnetic, glass-infused cast polymer to damp unwanted resonance.

• Attractive design and wall-mounting hardware allows for discrete placement on rear or side walls.
• Smooth, contoured cabinet edges and select premium quality finishes on all surfaces give the Silver range an unrivaled appearance at this price level. All Silver models are available in Rosenut, Walnut, Cherry, or Black Oak ‘matched’ wood veneers. Our matched pairs use wood sheets cut from the same log section to assure color and grain consistency.

Combine RSFX rear surrounds with Silver RS1, RS6, RS8, or RSLCR front speakers and the RSW12 powered subwoofer to create perfectly matched home theater systems. The RSFX is packed in pairs so if you need a third surround speaker for 6.1 systems, please buy the single-packed version called the RSCX.
